Pros

Lots of hours if you’re hungry for a paycheck. Employee discount. Decent benefits offered.

Cons

Overtime isn’t mandatory but you’ll be looked at as a burden if you don’t accept it. Management gets frustrated if you can’t do it all the time. Lots of maintenance being because equipment is old and always breaking. Competitors offer way more money than what you’re making there.
