Pros

Good benefits package, some good team members. Nice building and campus.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance. Expectation is to be available at all hours, give up weekends. Discussions on workload balance were not received well by management.

Pros

Decent benefits and great co workers

Cons

NB has changed. I have worked here for a long time. In the beginning, it was truly a family environment. Now, it’s completely different. In recent years, they have been getting rid of those who have been with the company and built the company and have been loyal for years and years. They used to be dedicated to the community, but now they got rid of their employee volunteer program. Terrible decisions have been made and the employees are paying the price.
