      Autonomy, compensation, flexibility, super laid back, people are friendly, lack of accountability, lack of discipline, encourage competition amongst peers, nice office

      A true lack of diversity in talent pool and thought, extremely white male bro culture dominant, leadership team one dimensional, not inclusive, didn’t made to feel welcome when first beginning

      Pros

      New Balance is currently going through a huge transformation and you would be in the middle of that. All of your peers seem to have one goal: Make NB the best FW and Apparel Brand out there. This is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      With growth, comes a little bit of pain and that is what New Balance is currently going through. There are large organizational changes happening and people are trying to find their homes. It can be a little tough with all of the changes happening.

      They have good health insurance.

      Cons

      They do not promote or respect BIPOCs and fake diversity to cover their tracks. Not transparent about many aspects of the company as they are not publicly traded. If you do not fit their ideal of the company culture you will be frozen in your position and or forced out.
