Stable but slow

Pros

Extremely stable compared to some of the other bigger companies.

Cons

There's not much guidance in career growth from management. Promotions go to those who are most vocal and persistent. Upper management can be extremely risk adverse. Product marketing gets final say in many of the design decisions and this is one of the most frustrating things. It doesn't feel like design gets to own much of their decisions.
