Pros

I get 8% of my past year's salary once a year, even though being a Sales Associate at an outlet store is the lowest rank you can get. All team members can get "spiff," a monthly bonus based off the store's performance, once a month.

Cons

My only complaints are the personalities of the store managers, which varies from store to store.

Pros

The company itself is great. They offer amazing benefits to both full and part-time employees. You also get a 40% employee discount which is nice, because they have great products.

Cons

I think the issues I've encountered are just my specific store, but it was horrendous. 3 store managers over the course of 3 years. Violence and sexual relationships in the workplace, and top management was very ineffective at handling anything. On top of that, the promotions and scheduling were all about favoritism. It sucks that one bad store has tainted my experience with such a great company.
