      Pros

      Tight-knit office culture. A hard-working team that shares information openly to serve clients in the best way. Management is open to outside of the box thinking to help troubleshoot any obstacle.

      Cons

      No cons. New Care is the best home care agencies. Client satisfaction is paramount and the team is always focused on doing things 100%.

      Pros

      Comprehensive training, places the right nurses with the right families most of the time, a lot of support from the clinical directors and office staff, opportunities for advancement, small family company feel, flexible scheduling and nearly always honors vacation requests, a lot of continuing education and professional certification opportunities. This place really cares about their nurses and their clients, and sets us up for success in the home.

      Lower wages than hospitals, though much higher than other home health agencies

      Not just a job for me

      Pros

      New Care feels like a family. People truly care about each other and are in this field and with this company for the right reasons.

      Cons

      People often tout the wage as a con, especially nurses living in the heart of Seattle. For me though, the enjoyment I get out of my work is well worth a lower wage than I could make somewhere else.
