      Pros

      If you have a problem with a case, the office with hello you solve it. If you need extra training they help you pay for it up to 300 per year for PALS,PEARS, and trach safe. And up to 150 pretty year for industry mags and CE's. Promote from within They contribute more to healthcare than you do. (about 60%)

      Cons

      You need 2 months notice for requests off. They don't have an e charting system. It takes 5 years of tenure to aquire 250 dollar per year bonuses. No Christmas bonuses
