Pros

The company gives opportunities to people who are looking to get into the New Home Sales Industry without a lot of experience, Construction training is good and the models are beautiful.

Cons

NHS is a cult based company, if you aren't apart of the inner circle then your chances at being successful here are very slim. Management places agents in locations based off of race instead of being fair and giving everyone a equal opportunity . The training is absolutely HORRIBLE! The Director likes to play mind games and find out your personality traits so he can manipulate you. 1099 position and no benefits . I wouldn't recommend this company Unless you're very desperate and you want all of the challenges against you, then it may be a great fit for you.

Pros

overall this is a good company. Good pay and perks. Great resources to learn and develop as a person and professionally with lots of industry experienced VP's with valuable knowledge. Easy and quick promotions to move up in the company. Great support from coworkers, corporate team, and most management.

Cons

The person ultimately running the company constantly makes random changes and new initiatives which are not needed and completely take away from anyone being able to focus on the company vision or goals. No accountability anywhere in the company causing constant frustrations and fires to put out. Great sales people from the top down so you will get bait and switched, over promised, and flat out lied to by your superiors. managers being promoted too quickly who are not experienced or competent enough for the positions and mainly promoted based on their initial "leadership qualities". No real established structure just constant ideas that never take hold.

Pros

This place is overall a great place to work, and the leadership truly shows that they care. Their unique social platform allows you to learn, and connect with everyone around the states. The training is second to none, and will set you up to be successful. The culture is professional, yet they know how to have fun, and make it a good time. If you earn the opportunity, you can certainly make a lot of money, and a great living.

Cons

This position holds a heavy amount of responsibility. Things can be very stressful, with many things that are just out of your control. If the account builder does not have any opportunities for you, you can find yourself sitting, and waiting for an opportunity to arise, which mentally beats up someone that is just ready to sell. Even after the opportunity comes to sell in a community, you are at the mercy of how productive the builder will be. Which will determine how, and when you get paid. This line of work is truly hit or miss. If you are fortunate enough to work for a reputable builder under NHS, and you are in a growing community, you will be set up very well. If not, then you can grind, and grind until your time comes.
