      Pros

      Amazing training, leadership, and pay! This company definitely cares for their employees and has a true vision of building success in peoples lives. I came from a Territory Manager position at a Verizon Premium retailer, and when I interviewed with this company I at first felt as if they were just another company trying to sell me on "their culture" and how awesome it is, but I can say after being here for a year they definitely more than just talk. With these guys and their training I was able to almost triple my income with my previous job!!! They have tons of opportunities for advancement as well! Love New Home Star and I will be here for life!

      Cons

      The hours put in can be a litter hard on some but it is definitely worth it!

      AMAZING company culture with some of the best minds in the industry; there is opportunity for growth should you desire, and promotion from within the organization is upheld; training is exceptional, as are the ongoing internal training tools; truly a fantastic team atmosphere

      Small growing pains can be felt upfront with the interview and on boarding process, but if you hang in there, it's completely worth it

      Pros

      Working for New Home Star has completely changed my life. I've never experienced working for such a family oriented, goal driven and caring company before now. I'm blessed to have been with the company for almost four years.

      Cons

      Well, I honestly cannot think of any negatives. The training is vigorous and you need to be prepared to give your heart and time completely as you progress through the process. The end result is worth every tear you've shed and every minute you've spent.
