Pros

New home star provides you with endless support and has an excellent training program. I worked in a resale office for over a year and struggled the entire time because no one wanted to see someone do better than them - it is not like that at all in this company. There is a true family feel. The founder of the company is always willing to help and is involved in every employees training and career, which is incredible!

Cons

For those in real estate, you are used to working the hours you want - the only "con" to this job would be that you are required to be at a model home every day. To me, that's just more opportunity for traffic!

I have to say I have been very impressed with my personal and professional growth with New Home Star. I had previously been in real estate sales, I love that New Home Star provides a true team environment along with the accountability and structure I felt like I was missing. The New Home Star team has fantastic training and guidance, as well as sales and marketing strategies that truly do work!

Cons

This industry takes dedication and 100% of your efforts! It takes coming in on your days off sometimes and working after hours, but if you love what you do and put in the effort the benefits of that hard work are worth it!!

*Great training program! Goes to show that having prior real estate experience does not mean you know everything about the industry. *Strong Management team. *Excellent builder client. *Ability to collaborate with industry professionals within New Home Star. *Strong marketing support from New Home Star's marketing agency. Quick turnaround time for marketing collateral I needed to host events in my community. *High income potential- You have to want it in order to get it.

Cons

*Long hours... You get what you put in. *Have to be comfortable with being an Independent Contractor... the norm within the real estate industry.
