Agents truly support each other through New Home Star's online portal. I was an individual new to the real estate industry- it was a frightening career change. I was fortunate enough to learn the art of new home sales before I stepped on the sales floor. I can honestly say that breaking into the real estate industry with a company that cared about my success was the best career decision I have ever made!
Cons
Selling new homes is a full time job! You have to be dedicated to your career because this position requires 100% effort every day. If you are not a motivated person, then this industry is not for you.
