Pros
The design team is full of fantastic people who will become your genuine friends. The creative manager is one of the best you can get; she truly cares about your success and well being. You will get to work on a wide variety of projects and can pretty much get your hands on anything that interests you which is great if you are just getting into the design industry.
Cons
The pay is below market rate and they try to convince you the culture and benefits make up for it when they are also lacking. There are a lot of forced team bonding events/happy hours that personally I’d never wanted to attend. The corporate office is small and can barely fit all employees. The management team (besides creative manager) act like they care but turn their head when they have to solve any problems, and in fact cause more problems a lot of the times because they don’t listen. The work is unreasonably fast paced, I’m talking creating multiple original designs same day, which causes extreme burnout very fast. It is a fun place to start out after graduation, but hard to last long at all.
