In every role there is someone ready to step up to support you and your efforts. Everyone on the team understands MOPFI (Making Other People Feel Important). Cons

Like any growning company - change is good. It means we are working to become better every day. If you can not tolerate change this could be a con for you. For us it means we are focused on growth and improvement.

There is no question that New Home Star is composed of some of the best people in the industry. The knowledge, skills, and experience found throughout the company is such an advantage for those looking to build a successful career in new home sales. The members of New Home Star are very good at what they do and it is fun to be involved with greatness.

Cons

The learning curve is steep, especially for those without ample experience in the industry. Throughout training and the first few assignments, it takes much time and effort to reach the level of success expected. However, with the tools and leadership, potential is there.
