      Pros

      The training process and overall culture of the company is like nothing you have seen before. The amount of resources you are given and the tools for success are endless. I have so many support systems that are here for me at the drop of a hat. New Home Star is all about growth from within which says a lot about the company. Its definitely not easy, but if you ever get a chance to work for this company you cannot pass it up.

      Cons

      Being in sales and in charge of my own salary is amazing, I just wish we were provided benefits.

      I was skeptical after reading so many good reviews. I am typically a pessimist in most situations. After getting half-way through training I knew this company was the real deal. Not only do they care about their employees they want the best for their future, regardless of what that looks like. I am so happy I took the plunge and believed the good, it is for real!!

      Pros

      New Home Star is without a doubt the best company I've ever worked for in my professional career. Being a commission based job you would think it's all about "what have you done for me lately," in this case it's far from it. They truly and genuinely care about you in your personal life along with your work life as well. I can reach out to hundreds of people throughout the country not just within my specific area and be told the exact same uplifting things from people! I have truly never worked for such a family oriented company in my life. I have officially drank the cool-aid since being hired on2 years ago and will be here for the rest of my life!

      There is not a single con working for this company.
