The leadership of this company empowers its people to make the right decisions and perform job functions to the best of their abilities. They do not micro manage. They support their people which leads to the best culture in the industry. They have also found an effective way to create national synergy with the industry leading tech platform. With over 15 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, I believe this is the best company to be working with.

The disciplined and tenacious approach will improve your business whether you are a builder/owner, Division President, or Community Sales Manager. Their proven methods, training and implementation style is cohesive and well planned. A variety of media is used to include all learning styles and all of it is delivered by proven experts in the field. The vision of the leadership team is crystal clear and make no mistake, they will achieve goals that may seem unreachable for many.

Cons

For someone looking for the easy route, this may not be for you. Not that it is delivered in an unfriendly or abrasive manner. You are surrounded by high level performers with high expectations of themselves and those they are charged with taking to the next level. Honestly, there is NOTHING I can say negatively.
