I have thought for several minutes but still can't come up with any pros of working here. Stay away, please!

Cons

THE LEADERSHIP OF THE COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Some very incompetent people with arrogant attitude are in charge, They don't care to be transparent with the employees and tell them the truth. Instead, they play evil games and make the work ambiance hostile. The workload is very stressful and high most of the time. It translates to no personal time. Also, expectations change constantly and can be insane at time. BEWARE!

Pros

It's easy to get hired full time if you actually want to work. The teams can be great depending on what shift you get.

Cons

There is something extremely odd about the leadership at this company. New Home Star came off as a very greedy sales organization. They are the perfect example of overpromising and under delivering. If you are a good worker you will be punished with ridiculously high expectations and poor compensation. I've never heard of people making so much money being treated like complete children.

Fantastic ongoing training, forward-thinking leadership, supportive and energetic culture. The role offers challenge, professional growth and resources for marketing, recruiting, industry trends & analysis and the ability to tap into the wisdom & experience of other directors across the nation.

Cons

This is a work hard, play hard environment, so be ready. This role is a big one. Expectations are high. You must be prepared to work hard and be committed. The financial rewards are there, as well as the fulfillment. This role is not for the faint of heart. Make sure you raise your hand for help, you will need it.
