Pros

This company truly cares for its employees on a personal level. You are treated as a person and not just a number. There is a ton of support if you are willing to ask for it. This is a company that promotes 80% from within which is amazing!

Cons

In my time with New Home Star I have not had any downsides yet. Before I came to work for the company it sounded "too good to be true" but now I understand that its people are the heart and soul of the company
