Pros

There is a very strong team at the corporate office, and it is fun to work with great talent. Unlike other organizations, it does truly feel like we have a culture/team that cares about each other versus individuals that will say and do things to get ahead. It is a flexible work environment with about six weeks of paid time off every year (PTO/Vacation/MHD/Holidays), as well as a hybrid schedule.

Cons

There are growing pains as we expand in double digits every year. This includes support, which can improve during key seasons when we have to work overtime.

There are zero pros about this company.

Cons

You're overworked, not respected, & under paid as a Licensed Realtor. They don't even pay commissions that are industry standard. Management speaks to agents any way they see fit. As well as threaten them. If you don't agree with bad business principles, such as manipulating customers, plotting against teammates, and creating a hostile work environment. You'll be blacklisted and conspired against in hopes you'll quit. Or you'll be fired. Don't waste your talent nor time.
