      I haven't worked for such an incredible company before New Home Star! They invest so much time and energy into growing their team - it's awesome to work somewhere that they care about your goals and aspirations and will help you get there.

      Pros

      This is an organization that is VERY special. I know that I sound like I've "drank the kool-aid", but where this company is going and how they treat their people is so unique and very exciting to be a part of!

      Cons

      If you consider this a "con", but there's definitely expectations and hard work is necessary. But when you put in the time and effort, it is EXTREMELY rewarding!

      I've always been a hard worker, but I've never been this EXCITED to go to work. Management is engaged around the clock, yet still supports work-life balance. They know how to foster an extremely caring and collaborative environment while keeping it professional. I enjoyed powering through two long consecutive days in bootcamp training because the leadership is truly that upbeat and encouraging -- without sugarcoating the unique challenges of our work. At what other company will the Founder make an appearance to provide his original insights and inspirational stories, and impress upon you how much your dedication matters?

      Cons

      As they are rapidly expanding due to their success, some inconsistencies and oversights do occur occasionally. However, they address even these with their signature upbeat energy, so it's almost MORE assuring to see leadership in action dealing with issues as they arise!
