      Pros

      You have unlimited resources to succeed. I have worked for countless companies and managers nothing that even comes close to New Home Star. I plan on never having another hiring interview again. There is a clear set career path and plenty of support to get there. I will retire with New Home Star and help build them along the way. If you find yourself in a position to join the team do not wait!

      Pros

      Training is unbelievable. The CEO and VP showed up to our training in person and spent hours with us and we are just in training! They were so transparent telling us the lessons they learned and it was really apparent why this company has grown and why so many people love working here. You really have access to amazing training and a voice to say what you need. These people care about you and you can tell they really want you to have an excellent career. Passionate people on a mission to be the best at doing really important work.

      Pros

      Lots of sales opportunity, Great Corporate support staff, When David Rice says that he wants this to be the last interview you ever go on, he really means it. NHS offers an abundance of opportunity for career growth, mentoring, and training.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work! YOU have to be able to manage your schedule and obligations to clients. If you can't, you wont make it.
