      - Great training program - Very engaged management, C-level is accessible to new hires - Company web platform (New Home Connect) extremely useful - Empowering company culture, you have the ability to contribute to and shape this company from day one if you take the initiative. - Very forward thinking company, they are trying to build something that will stand the test of time and are willing to change strategies in order to thrive. NHS does not get comfortable and even with their level of success, they are always throwing new training material, new seminars, and new tools at us to help us succeed every day. - A great opportunity to make a lot of money

      Cons

      - There are a lot of variables when it comes to your schedule. Depending on how much traffic or volume you are dealing with, feels like there aren't many true off days. - No benefits before promotion, need to have other healthcare options
