      Pros

      This company has completely changed my life. I have been with them for 15 months and I will never work for another company. The training alone is absolutely amazing, they give you every single tool you need to be successful.The company provides you multiple routes to advance your career to the next level while providing an incredible atmosphere to work in and a healthy pay structure.

      Cons

      In my opinion there are no downsides. If you are a hard worker with drive New Home Star is for you.

      Pros

      Training is unbelievable. I have been in sales for almost 25 years and have never been throug such an in depth training. The support from everyone at New Home Star is first class all the way. Their number one goal is guiding the buyer through the most favorable thought process and that is exactly what we do. Every day feels like a gift being able to go sell beautiful new homes. I love New Home Star!!

      Working every weekend. That is really not that big of a deal.

      Absolutely amazing culture! Professional training is on point & beyond. This company has an amazing support system, peer learning through out the US and is all about helping you to be successful! Teamwork & family are extremely important to them as well. Compensation is great!
