      Pros

      - Superior employee training and development - Mentors and Leadership who genuinely care about you and your career - A strong support network that is quite literally, nationwide - All the necessary tools in order for you to be successful in a highly competitive industry

      Cons

      - If you start in an area that they just got started in, your training will still be good but it will feel very disorganized and at some points, you will feel like you're not getting what you need. - It is difficult to manage learning their material while also obtaining a real estate license. Some states have very strenuous real estate courses and requirements. It is very overwhelming and you must be a master of time management and be prepared to sacrifice all of your personal/family time during training.

      Pros

      New Home Star is the best company I've ever worked for! The amount of training, tools and support that is offered with them, is more than I could ever imagine. They not only want to see you succeed, but there is so much room to grow!

      Cons

      No cons for me, I've been a few months now and it's been great!
