      The culture here is something I have never experienced anywhere else. There is so much support, knowledge, experience, and information that it's nearly impossible to fail. I never went into a career with the mindset that I could make as much as I am and truly love what I'm doing but... here I am. Almost a year and a half later and I can't picture myself anywhere else.

      Cons

      You are your own obstacle. If you're not willing to put in the time and effort and you don't want to learn from successful agents, this is not the job for you.
