Pros

Work-life balance has been historically good.

Cons

Significant organizational restructuring, including layoffs and offshoring, has impacted morale and job security over the last few years. High attrition as many roles are seemingly being replaced by offshore teams. Total compensation has become less competitive, as RSU grants were not renewed so everyone got a pay cut.

Pros

Great teammates, Unlimited time off, decent work/life balance

Cons

After the company was sold to private equity, all employees lost Restricted Stock Units as part of the total compensation package once they were paid out. No re-upping as the company would have done when they were public. This equated to a 25k/yr pay cut for employees not at the executive level. C-Suite has not offered anything remotely close to an adjustment/bonus as a replacement.

Pros

Good pay, some colleagues are good, leadership at the C level is really bad

Cons

They hire and fire non-stop. No direction. Bleeding customers left and right. Most likely will no longer be a 1B+ revenue company come next year as they are heading in the wrong direction. C-team constantly fights each other and all only have self preservation in mind.
