      Smart people Excellent Product Great Locations Decent Leadership Team

      Cons

      Interview process was among the worst. No communication from HR. Poor follow up Lack respect by HR department for people interviewing Average or below average salaries Poor Bonus Structure Salaries are not competitive Lack of 401K match Stock Option Packages lack equality, and below market. Stock Options not a reason to work here - For a pre-IPO company, stock option allocations for new employees are very small and non-competitive Company does not deliver on it's primises

      The pay is comparable to other companies.

      Cons

      - The CEO has makes mistakes and doesn't take any accountability. Instead he created a strict code of conduct to stop people from asking him questions about it. People are and were quitting in droves and instead of rolling it back he cries in all hands and gives prizes for positive LinkedIn posts. - No work life balance, they want everything done yesterday. - They work on the wrong things and don't listen to the engineers. - They've rolled back pay equality based on job title and celebrated when they reached pay equality.... You took away the bands, good job solving a problem you created.

      Pros

      Good benefits, still a well recognized name in the industry. The old guard of entrenched engineers are really smart, but don't expect their time or help. Lots of diversity and inclusion efforts, although there isn't any real diversity or inclusion at the company.

      Cons

      Decisions are made without planning our consensus. Each team is totally siloed in organization, in management, and in work. Collaboration is totally frowned upon. Work is started/stopped based on Management whims regardless of what their philosophy states. Heavy middle Management, means all decisions are based on meeting this week's KPIs. Expect no support, then to be punished for lack of support.
