There's more work than people to get it done, so that means interesting projects for smart people. - CEO is a genuinely kind person, and a great leader who is dedicated to employees - Best product on the market in our space - Culture of transparency in data and teamwork in problem solving

Cons

- Growing pains - Lots to get done and not enough people to get it done - Not enough senior and experienced people on teams - the less experienced people complain a lot and get lost. They need more mentors and mid-level leaders.
