      Pros

      CEO, Brand, Technology, Market. Company is doing a nice job of leveraging opportunity with AWS and Pivotal, this will only help Enterprise team of sellers.

      Cons

      Enterprise Org Is Young and Evolving. There is a definite center of influence, decision making etc in San Francisco.

      Pros

      Good Product, Relatively Good Environment, Some Nice Colleagues, T- Shirts, Very Central Office Location, Some flexibility around working hours, Free snacks and drinks, mildly entertaining and personable CEO

      Cons

      Crazy, Extremely unrealistic targets, company prides itself to be energetic, fresh and young, yet they hire from Oracle and Co., makes one wonder what kind of fresh vibes do they bring with themselves to New Relic. Not long before it will go down the same route as every Ireland based american IT company: Will be loaded up with boring field Enterprise "Suits", and Dublin will be turned into a "runrate" call center. I sure will not be here to experience that.
