Pros

Working at New Relic means you are surrounded by some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry. The team environment is very collaborative, and it's a place where you can learn a great deal from your peers. The product itself is a leader in the observability space, and it's rewarding to represent such a powerful platform. The flexibility of remote work is also a significant advantage and is well-supported by the company.

Cons

The primary challenge right now is the uncertainty following the acquisition by a private equity firm. This has understandably created some anxiety about the future direction of the company. Additionally, there have been a few rounds of layoffs in recent times.
