      Pros

      The pay is very good. Quotas are attainable.

      Cons

      Leadership is all over the place, very unorganized with future plans. In my time there, I experienced THREE rounds of layoffs where New Relic laid off hundreds of employees and cut teams entirely. Do not expect to stay at this company for a long time, it will only be a matter of time before you get laid off for no reason at all.

      New Leadership, New Values

      Pros

      The people are amazing, the unlimited time off is amazing, the network you can build and opportunities you can find to move up within the company are only limited by your own imagination.

      Cons

      The company has been through constant change for the last few years. Annual restructuring has become the norm which has negatively impacted trust in senior leadership. Additionally, there is currently no adequate replacement for the total compensation lost by no longer providing RSU's. Tenured employees will be making less annually as their existing RSU's vest out and new employees (though making slightly higher base salaries) are making less overall for the same roles than their predecessors have, despite a higher demand from these roles.

      Pay is good since I got in before private equity took over.

      Cons

      I don’t know how some of these “leaders” have a job. They’re completely useless. Stay away from this clown show of stupidity.
