It’s good to hear you found the work environment enjoyable. The commission-based model associated with real estate can definitely be challenging and requires discipline to pay off. This is why real estate careers are best suited for those who are driven and performance-focused. No limit on potential earnings, endless opportunities, constant support from management and each other, great learning environment, iron sharpens iron mentality. And just a lot of great people.

Cons

Fast paced environment, friendly but not so friendly competition which either will make or break you. Not for weak

Happy hours and cool coworkers

Cons

Pay, commission structure, management, hours, training, reputation. All nonexistent. Blind leading the blind with big promises of making money, with top agents barely scraping by. Steer clear. I’d say this was good sales experience, but it taught me nothing. New hires have a better grasp of sales than agents who have been there 5+ years. There’s a reason NW has the reputation they do in the investor world.
