Pros

The people are really nice and genuine, so it's not awful coming into work every morning. The open floor plan is nice, too!

Cons

Everyone seems pretty bored. They're continuing to hire but people who already work for them don't seem to have anything to do.

Pros

People are great. Mid level management is very knowledgeable and tons of experience.

Cons

Executive management not inclusive. Commission payouts happen at the mercy of administration. Changes to commission structure are at "management discretion".

Pros

Great co-workers. Good mid-town location. Pay rates are fair compared to other media companies.

Cons

Upper management spreads mistrust and ugliness around the whole newsroom. You can count the number of happy people in the newsroom on one hand.
