Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Closed when there are hoildays

Cons

No Growth NO Promotion unless you have a Masters Degree in Library Science If you have a Bachelor's you can be a manager at a library, but it's very stressful, and the pay is horrible!

-Great if your a student -Flexible schedule (Depending on your supervisor) -Great organization to have on your Resumé -Not very hard work done

Cons

-LOW PAY!!!! 50k may be the highest and that with a Masters Degree -Lots a drama between co-workers -Does no prepare you for the real life work so you will get very comfortable and never leave the organization -No opportunity for overtime pay
