Pros

The pay is competitive and benefits are great!

Cons

Leadership has no regard for work/life balance. My life before the pandemic was hectic. During the pandemic remote work provided more time with my family. Just recently, the corporate offices were told they would be going from 2 days in the office to a 3:2 schedule without any input from staff in october. Now corporate is a bunch of liars and said we would be going to a "hybrid" 4:1 model starting in 2024. Again this was done without input from staff. Management has no idea what's going on. I'm baffled this organization is still running.

Cons

do not dare cross the upper executives - fear them keep your comments to yourself unless they are praise - they have no interest in learning how to improve the organization from those who do the work and know the reality
