Pros

Pay wasn't terrible in the beginning, Benefits are good.

Cons

The company is poorly run at every level. I experienced a level of blatant disrespect and discriminatory behavior that forced me to resign. I also witnessed multiple instances of sexual harassment, where female employees were subjected to inappropriate remarks and advances. During a team meeting. This blatant disregard for basic human decency, coupled with the company's refusal to address the pervasive abuse, made it clear that Hold Brothers was a place where I could no longer work.

Frustrating management is too controlling

Pros

None. A lot of talented employees end up leaving because management held them back from doing their jobs efficiently.

Cons

Working here was incredibly frustrating because of how controlling management is! There wasn't a moment where employees weren't monitored. I had zero privacy, all the micromanagement managed to accomplish was put an insane amount of pressure on employees.

The only pro is the free snacks in the workplace.

Cons

I regret working here at NewYorkDress.com! This awful company doesn't take care of its employees. Our managers do nothing but insult and verbally abuse us, and they don't seem to mind that we're overloaded with work because they keep giving us more tasks and responsibilities despite being already overworked.
