Office location is very accessible with plenty of options around the area.

Our breaks were monitored, the time , where we go , and every little thing that we do! It's insane! Being a horrible control freak is what our manager does best and working with him with that attitude was unbearable.

Employees get free snacks. My co-workers are very supportive.

Cons

Working for NewYorkDress.com is an awful experience that I deeply regret. There's no growth or advancement for the employees of this company. We only get stressed and exhausted because of the demanding leadership and fast-paced work environment. The pressure here is insane!

I can't think of anything good to say about such a horrible company!

Cons

You'll be quickly burnt out and exhausted by all the politics and backstabbing within the company. Instead of fostering a healthy workplace culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration among employees, management instead plays favorites, and rewards people for throwing their coworkers under the bus, pushing themselves to the limit, and sucking up to them.
