The rampant favoritism and toxicity in the workplace will surely drain and exhaust you. The culture here at NewYorkDress.com leaves something to be desired. The management promotes and practices a kind of culture where personal relationships are more important than actual performance in the workplace.

However, most of the managers are horrible people and unwilling to mentor the employees. Most of the managers here are lazy and definitely do not deserve to be part of the leadership. I don't know how the senior employees here have managed to stay this long under the current awful management.
