None. Like literally none, just read the comments I made in the Cons section.

Cons

Do not be fooled by the job description you see online with the "generous paid time off" and "unlimited snacks. The "break-room" is in the back of the shipping department with curtains taped to the wall. There are rats everywhere. We only get 10 vacation days a year and you only get 1 vacation day for every month you work there. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE management, A CEO who is super toxic and does not know anything about management. Pushes his errors to his subordinates because he has to answer to the founder everyday. Do not work here!

Pros

THE MONEY is great. You will make hourly plus commission. They are not strict with attire as long as it's discreet. it's an ideal job for any college student or someone who wants to build their resume.

Cons

There are a lot of grey areas within management. I wish they would stick to their word and follow their company "culture."
