In an office where the majority of employees are of color, they provided new staff with a training manual for up selling items that specially states 'African American: Garnet, Ruby Red, Orange defeats the asy skin syndrome. As an employee not of African american race, I found this to be extremely tacky, racist and inappropriate. I hope some sues them!

No human resources, huge turnover, budget cuts (they fire people and instead of giving you a raise or promotion, supervisor will just add on to your job role. No health insurance, no competing wages, no promotions, and huge wage gap between management and those who work under them. Favoritism is huge here, management picks and choses who they rather work with or even speak too. Lack of well working technology and servers. Management lacks in taking proper advice in business practices. Unclean work environment from the unclean, infested couches, to the rodents, to the unbalanced round table that fits 3 people that over 10 employees have to share for lunch. And no matter winter, spring, summer, fall, the ac is always on causing the office to always be cold. Obvious signs around the office that the business is going under (selling equipment, cutting budget, sharing office space, etc.)
