Good work life balance. Great benefits. Fast paced, makes time go by. Opportunity to network with so many different companies. Clock in once a day, don't need to clock out for lunch or after you leave. 10 PTO days 1st year, up to 20 your 3rd year. You're working for an established well known company. People know newegg, so it looks really good on your resume. Samples from vendors.

Cons

Very little training. They expect you to get things done with little or no supervision or help. To get one simple thing done it takes many approvals and steps. No real perks. A lot of turnover. Could get overwhelming at times. Half the company speaks Mandarin. Big plus if you do too.
