Pros
Newline has the best company culture of any place that I've worked. There's a family-like feel and everybody is very helpful and encouraging. At the end of the day, we’re all celebrating our victories together, and while we’re all competitive, we keep the bigger picture in mind. This is the first place I’ve worked where I don’t feel micromanaged but don’t feel totally left on my own either – there’s always assistance and support when I need it or ask for it. I really appreciate the career growth opportunities here and that the CEO is big on promoting from within and growing his employees.
The compensation structure is very competitive and there's a ton of opportunity to make a killing. It's very straightforward and attainable, unlike many other sales roles I've seen.
Cons
The interview process is not something that can be completed in a week. It's in-depth in order to minimize turnover and to make sure that job is a match for all parties. This could be a con if you're looking to start in a new position tomorrow.
