- Atmosphere / General Attitude: Even though we are growing, the CEO and president are always available to help. Their calm, can-do attitudes help promote similar perspectives in the company. There is always an answer to every problem. - Upper management wants everyone to succeed - there's lots of promotion within and offering opportunities to grow, even into other positions - Decent work/life balance - Supportive culture: Everyone in the office works well together and helps others when they can

Cons

- Lots of work to keep up with as we keep growing. Since the hiring team is very selective, it can mean picking up the slack. - Not a lot of PTO, but management tries to be flexible for special occasions or trips

Pros

Being a growing Company comes with a lot of good things, you get the chance to innovate, bring your expertise to the table, you have a voice within the company and your opinion matters. It is also a very flat organization so you have easy access to upper management. They care about their employees, you truly are part of a corporate family, you are not a number or just another employee.

Cons

Not a Con, but more like you have to come with knowing that you will be working on a fast environment and willing to wear different hats. It is more about attitude and willingness to have a "I can do it" mentality than anything else.

Great culture and leadership. Everyone is given the rescources they need to succeed. There is a great ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

Growing company and the associated growing pains can take time to adjust to.
