NewtGlobal delivers on the promises and is transparent on the rules and regulations which helps employee to function without an additional pressure. HR is supportive and guides appropriately with the legal procedures. The mentality of the institution is positive that brings forth the best out of each individual

The Institution can think of providing additional challenges to the employees with a better compensation in return whilst an employee functions in the regular role
