There is so much I can write good about Newt. Employer-Employee relationship, HR Department, Salary Processing, Ideas, initiatives, contributions and participations, Promptness in doing whatever was promised etc. I never had a single issue for the 2 and half years I worked there. HR - Rajiv, is the best I've seen in my 11 years of IT experience.

Cons

Client base is something I would call as a downside at this point in time. But they are definitely growing.
