I had the opportunity to work with a lot of intelligent people, as well as the opportunity to advance and try new things.

Cons

the approval process can be slow at time but this has been improving in recent years

Change in the leadership in June of 2018 has had a very positive impact on the Company, especially in the strategic direction of the product and business to drive growth and align the Company with the software companies of today. This transition and change in direction will bring more stability and sustained business growth. The workplace environment has become a lot more professional and collaborative under the new leadership Very talented and smart group of people in the business HR is a lot more engaged with new things being rolled out including a new HR system. The employee group programs which the HR is signing up for the employees such as Perkopolis and other work related perks are fantastic Right off TTC and 401, very convenient and central

Cons

Product departments are slow in embracing change and takes time in discussing things over and over again and spin our wheels instead of being nimble, agile and decisive. I expect this to change completely as a result of the new leadership!

-Bad technology -Inexperienced workforce (due to hiring so many students) -Not competitive compensation
