At the time, it had a horrible approach to the presentation tier. Hopefully they'll fix it

Pros

- Great learning experience - Flex hours - Great Environment - Sweet location Working here provides you with a great opportunity to work with and actually develop the software that many big names use. This alone provides a great amount of confidence and will also bolster your credentials and credibility in the field. The atmosphere is great and you work with people who actually do know more than you giving you advice and constructive criticism in a professional and courteous manner. You will improve as a programmer working here.

Cons

- Can be stressful, but that goes along with the nature of the job. - Benefits yes, but no form of pension (2% employer contribution matching kind of idea)

Pros

- Nice, calm working enviroment, - Reduced gym membership fees, gym on site, ping pong, fouseball, all on site - Milkshake days every month

Cons

- Not many down sides, really depends on what you like, it can be a clam enviroment for many, but most have enjoyed and you can go at your own pace
