- The core group of employees really buy into the company direction and goals; they are motivated and believe in the work they are doing - Growing quickly - opportunities for advancement if you completely dedicate yourself to your job

Cons

- Long, long hours - Company culture puts work ahead of personal life - High turnover rate - it takes a certain kind of person/mentality to work here, and many do not stay for more than 2 years

-Benefits are given without a probation period -Convenient location as it is located along a GO bus route and right over top of a TTC subway stop

Cons

-Highly dysfunctional evironment, where senior managers are commonly heard screaming at employees and each other -Poor work life balance, with standard hours being 9-6, although most will work through their lunch, come in early and leave late -Far too many co-ops, and a very high turnover rate makes this place feel like a temporary stop to pay the bills

- Very smart people who know a lot about the industry. - Excellent methodology and idea (model driven engineering) - Decent team based organization structure (SCRUM) - Free membership to gym

Cons

- Long work hours. - Questions don't get answered properly a lot of the time. - People like to shift blame around (happens almost everywhere though) - Some co-workers don't care enough or so it seems
