Pros

Nexamp's culture and work benefits are great. The people and workplace are second to none. They are really welcoming and love to help where they can. Nice offices around the country (Boston and Chicago).

Cons

Unfortunately, the pay is very below average/industry standards. Speaking to other team members in other divisions of the company, this is a widely held sentiment.

Some of the people here are great to work with and knowledgeable in the field.

Cons

Below market pay. This has been a persistent issue, as can be seen in other Glassdoor reviews. Churn has accelerated dramatically, but senior mgmt doesn't seem to care and continues to pay people below market. Entire departments are falling into disarray.

Great people and mission that are willing to teach everyone. Business model is safe long into the future.

Cons

Pay if far below typical for most roles and below vp you get almost no equity. HR very out of touch and prefers hiring externally over promoting.
