Nexamp continues to hire excellent, diverse talent which improves its culture year by year. The office environment is welcoming, open and social. The business relies on constant coordination between teams which gives employees insight into many different aspects of the company. Nexamp's leadership is attentive and fosters a learning atmosphere where employees continue to grow and expand in their roles. I can always rely on support from my peers and from my managers. Senior management values communication and transparency and does a great job keeping employees engaged in its mission and values. I would recommend Nexamp to prospective employees at any stage in their careers.

- Since I've been at Nexamp there has been periods of tremendous growth (last 5 years in particular) that has exposed to me opportunities & contacts that most people in this stage of their career would not have had the chance. There's plenty of opportunity, you just need to take advantage of it when working your way up the ladder. In addition, I feel that my work is meaningful and can see the impact it has on the company's overall mission of making clean energy more affordable and accessible to communities everywhere. - Management and Senior Management has always been fair, honest and approachable. In my experience, I've felt that I've been put in situations that have continually built my overall skill set that's furthered my career development. While also at the same time being challenged to bring out the best of my abilities. There are no ivory towers at Nexamp - it's not uncommon to see Senior Management playing pool or participating in after work activities with all levels across the company. - The People team has done a great job scheduling a number of events monthly to incorporate new hires and bring out team unity across the organization, which can't be understated given the amount of new hires recently. The office space is beautiful and the start-up vibe (with the relaxed dress code) makes the overall work experience that much better.
