Good vacation benefits, and a very nice HR team.

Cons

Chaotic business strategy. You will work on something and then the moon changes and the company’s entire direction is altered. It always feels like you’re playing catch up and never getting anything of value done. It’s very much a startup company. If you’re looking for a stable job with a bright future, this may not be the place for you.

Cons

For all their talk of culture, it really is just another business out to make money. If you can accept you are just a tool to do that, it’s not a bad place to work.
